Gohan’s potential isn’t actually that impressive when you really think about it. Awaken someone like goten or trunks potential even just once and you’d get the same result as gohan or even more since it seems they already had more potential than gohan naturally being ssj at 7 y/o

By now, all Saiyans should be able to use SSJ2 as base form with zero strain, and jump to SSJG as soon as needed. I wouldn't be surprised if SSJ God was a 50X multiplier over SSJ2, making it as big a jump as SSJ 1 was back in Namek, which is pretty insane considering that SSJ2 Goku might be at a Star-Busting level by now.
